bbjl Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bbjl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using bbjl, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bbjl ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the bbjl website, mobile interface, games, wagering facilities, and all related services accessible at bbjl.bar. These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, including but not limited to users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. By creating an account or placing a wager on bbjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Important Notice: bbjl is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register, deposit, or place any wager on this platform. Underage gambling is illegal and contrary to bbjl policy.

1. Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register a bbjl account and to use any betting, gaming, or wagering service offered on the platform. bbjl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used at registration, subject to identity verification.
Clause 1.2
Geographic Eligibility
bbjl is operated as an online platform and is accessible to players in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that accessing and using online betting services is permissible under the laws applicable in their specific location. bbjl makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players residing in locations where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own risk.
Clause 1.3
Capacity to Contract
By registering on bbjl, you warrant that you are a natural person of full legal capacity, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that the funds you use for wagering are lawfully obtained. bbjl reserves the right to require documentation to verify identity, source of funds, and age at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, upon withdrawal request, or following a change to account details.
2. Account Registration and Management
Clause 2.1
One Account Per Player
Each individual player may register and maintain only one bbjl account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where bbjl identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonuses across those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds on duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
Clause 2.2
Account Information Accuracy
Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. Any material change to the information on file — including a change of mobile number or primary payment method — must be notified to bbjl support without undue delay. bbjl is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to keep account information current, including delays to withdrawals caused by mismatched payment details.
Clause 2.3
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. bbjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bbjl support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised activity has occurred on your account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
bbjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank card payments, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated by bbjl from time to time. All transactions are processed at the BDT rate current at the time of the transaction. bbjl does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by players who have satisfied applicable KYC verification requirements are typically processed within minutes to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bbjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where identity verification documentation has not been provided, where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds requiring enhanced verification, or where the platform has a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
Clause 3.3
Chargebacks and Reversals
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a bbjl transaction is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback or reversal is raised, bbjl reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated player account, void all pending withdrawals and bonus balances, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available lawful means. Players who believe a transaction has been processed in error must contact bbjl support directly before raising any dispute with their payment provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to a bbjl player account — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin winnings, and any other promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms accompanying that bonus at the time of issue. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal request will be processed against a balance that includes bonus funds.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Abuse
bbjl operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotional offer multiple times through duplicate accounts, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic eligibility criteria, employing automated betting strategies or bots to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and withdrawing bonus-funded winnings before satisfying applicable rollover conditions. Where bbjl determines that bonus abuse has occurred, all related bonus funds and winnings will be voided and the account will be subject to suspension or permanent closure.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbjl platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct is also unlawful.
Clause 5.1
Fraud and Money Laundering
Players must not use the bbjl platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity. bbjl maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates with relevant authorities. Suspicious transactions will be flagged for review and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Deposits and withdrawals must represent genuine gambling transactions and not be used as a mechanism to cycle funds through the platform.
Clause 5.2
Collusion and Match-Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, or participation in schemes designed to manipulate the outcome of sporting events or casino games, is strictly prohibited. This includes placing bets on fixed matches, sharing information with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, and any coordinated strategy designed to exploit platform mechanics rather than reflect genuine individual play.
Clause 5.3
Use of Automated Systems
Players may not use bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the bbjl platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, spinning slots, or satisfying wagering requirements. All activity on a player's account must represent genuine manual human interaction. Accounts detected using automated tools will be suspended and all associated balances, including winnings and bonus credits, may be forfeited.
6. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
Clause 6.1
Player Protection Tools
bbjl provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods. These tools are accessible within your account settings. bbjl strongly encourages all players to use these tools to maintain control over their gambling activity. Clause 6.2
Age Verification Procedures
bbjl employs age verification procedures at registration and at any subsequent point in the account lifecycle where there is a reason to verify age. These procedures may include requiring the player to submit a government-issued photo identification document and/or proof of address. Where age verification is pending, bbjl may restrict the player's ability to deposit or withdraw. Players who provide false information to circumvent age verification will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments
Clause 7.1
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbjl's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bbjl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption, even if bbjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Clause 7.2
Service Availability
bbjl endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or events outside bbjl's reasonable control. bbjl will not be liable for losses claimed by a player as a result of platform unavailability, including the inability to place a bet during a live event or to access account funds during a maintenance window.
Clause 7.3
Amendments to These Terms
bbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bbjl will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by SMS to the registered mobile number — with reasonable notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the bbjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
